Meet Our friends at Great Plains Regeneration

The Taurio team ventured off to Lawrence, KS for A Worthy KAWS, the annual fundraiser for Great Plains Regeneration, KAWS (Kansas Alliance for Wetlands & Streams) and the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.

With a screening of Kiss the Ground, keynote presentation by Ray Archuleta and powerful demonstrations by Candy Thomas, it’s easy to say much was learned and many great memories were made — both at the event and beyond!

Our favorite moments of the trip were the shared beverages and vision of an abundant future alongside some the most admired educators in the soil health and regenerative movement: Gail Fuller and Lynette Miller, Jessica Gnad, Liz & Rick Haney, Darrin Unruh, Graham Christensen, Mitchell Hora and SO many more!

(So many of us, in fact, that our picnic bench at the after-party was feeling the pressure!)
